The article by the individual called 'Leslie' criticizing the visit of HRH Prince Charles to UWI in Trinidad reflects the colonial and racist mentality of that individual.

People who linger on Trinidad's colonial and slave heritage have narrow and prejudiced views which hinder the social development and maturity of a society like that of Trinidad.

If everyone had this attitude, the Chinese would not have welcomed the Japanese PM to their country a few years ago and he would be banned from the UK and the USA too. For that matter we shouldn't buy Japanese and German cars if we remember the mayhem those two countries caused in 1939-45.
