I totally agree with Trini's comment. TIME TO PAY. I believe that sentence is still a slap on his hand though. The minimum should be at least 5-10 for bribery with arrogance. Panday read my lips if you have Inernet in your cell {:}....NO MAN IS AN ISLAND!
