Batman Premier Mass Shooting in Aurora: A Chronicle
Members of our TrinidadAndTobago.com team who were in Aurora, Colorado at the time of the Batman Premier shooting spree, gave us photo coverage and this story.

On 20th July, 2012, 24 year old James Eagan Holmes opened fire during a midnight showing of the new Batman film The Dark Knight Rises at the Century 16 movie theatre in Aurora Colorado killing 12 people and wounding over fifty others. Holmes was arrested in the car park outside the venue where he remained after the shooting. While in police custody, Holmes admitted that his apartment was booby-trapped. Holmes is to appear in court on Monday 23rd July, 2012.
