View CommentsLouisTo T&TEC and TSTT wires, add the open sewers, the dilapidated galvanized iron fences and pedestrian barriers, etc in the eastern Main Road pictures. A shame they are still there and proliferating into the 21st century. Where's the oil revenue going? But the problem goes back further than 30 years: I left 50 years ago, and the roads and buildings in many of the pictures show no improvement after half a century. I know the cameraman kept them out of shot, but what a difference the absence of all those T&TEC and TSTT wires make to the look of the place. Surely getting hose wires underground has to be part of this 20-20 vision thing.
