Kaiso House Calypso Tent Judging Night 2016
On Monday 18th January, 2016, TUCO’s central executive calypso tent, Kaiso House, was visited by the National Calypso Monarch judging panel for the preliminary round of judging. A cast of twenty-three calypsonians vied for a place in the semi-final round of the competition. This event took place at the tent’s seasonal home base, Queen’s Park Savannah, Port of Spain. The show’s programme was hosted by comedians Tommy Joseph and Pelf. Music was provided by the tent’s resident band Len Cummings and the Wailers featuring ace trumpeter Errol Ince with the Kaiso Jewels back-up singers. This tent is managed by Ann Marie ‘Twiggy’ Parks-Kojo.
